1. Job purpose
To drive sustainable sales growth by effectively promoting Besins Healthcare’s innovat ive hormone-based therapies to healthcare professionals. The role is responsible for b uilding strong customer relationships, delivering scientific product knowledge, and ens uring Besins’ portfolio is well represented and adopted within the assigned territory, in a lignment with company strategy and compliance standards.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Execute sales of the company’s products the territory segmented increase them.
- Maintain close relationships with accounts in the territory segmented and ensure the company’s products are meeting their requirements where possible. Appraise current and planned customer needs and advise on the application of company products and services to customer requirements.
- Carry out seminars and workshop and assist to arrange or hold symposium and congres for doctors.
- Learn a certain level of product knowledge and sales skills provided from the company to maximize one’s sales efficiency in terms of company strategy.
- Execute promotional activities and sales aids.
- Represent Besins Healthcare in a professional manner that aligns with company image, ensuring activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
2. Qualification
- University Medicine/ Pharma degree or Doctor degree
- Minimum two years in sales detailing in a multinational company of pharmaceutical products
- Good in presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work under high pressure and travel frequently
- Dynamic, self-motivated and responsible.
3. Compensation & Benefits
- Basic salary: 18 – 23 million VND
- Monthly bonus, quarterly bonus, additional performance bonus, and year-end bonus
