- Manage and develop strategic accounts, KOLs in healthcare industry.
- Ensure business growth through product listing expansion and social insurance coverage inclusion.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with decision-makers & KOLs.
- Lead, coach & develop the Key Account Executive (KAE) team.
- Drive promotion action planning and account engagement.
2. Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (Medical/Pharmaceutical University).
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (KAM/ ASM/DSM), or 4 years as a KAE/Medical Representative in multinational pharmaceutical companies will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Government / Market / Industry / Products.
- Skilled in Account Engagement, Key Account Planning, and Customer Relationship Management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Strong planning, organizing, and leadership abilities.
- Experienced in market access activities with good understanding of product listing and reimbursement procedures.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Willing to travel provinces
